Approval and service access
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. VPSCore may request clarification, approve, reject, suspend or terminate access where required to protect the service or comply with applicable rules.
Payments
There is no automatic online checkout in this product. Approved customers receive payment instructions. Service activation or renewal depends on payment confirmation.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for lawful use, server security, account credentials and activities carried out through their infrastructure except where responsibility is expressly assigned otherwise.
Service changes
Infrastructure specifications, availability, third-party components and provider capabilities can change. Material changes should be communicated before they affect an active order where reasonably possible.
