Prohibited activity
Do not use VPSCore for unlawful content or activity, malware distribution, credential theft, unauthorized intrusion, abusive scanning, botnet command and control, spam, fraud, denial-of-service activity, copyright infringement where unlawful, or other activity that harms third parties or the platform.
Resource and network abuse
Do not deliberately interfere with shared infrastructure, evade security controls, falsify identity during onboarding, or use a server in a way materially different from the approved use case without notifying VPSCore when that change increases risk.
Enforcement
We may investigate, request remediation, restrict network access, suspend or terminate service when credible abuse or prohibited activity is identified. Serious cases may require preservation or disclosure where applicable law or valid legal process requires it.
